Travelling on the Ravenglass Miniature Railway

After visiting Hill Top, we journeyed west through the Hard Knott Pass, to Eskdale and Ravenglass. The main attraction of this place, which is VERY green also, is a miniature railway called the Ravenglass Railway. This rail journey is about 14 miles long and takes you through some beautiful countryside to end in an old town called Eskdale- whose main claim to fame is it's ancient mill.
